4TH ANNUAL FUNDRAISING AUCTION - HOLLAND HOEDOWN
The Bonnie Holland Elementary PTA is planning our 4th Annual Fundraising Auction entitled "Holland Hoedown". This year's event will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2012 at the Swinging Door, which is located at 3818 FM 359, Richmond, Texas. This fun filled evening will include dinner, music by Randy Marshall and the Law, dancing, and a silent and live auction. We are very excited about this year's event and would like you to be part of the event by participating in our auction.

Last year's Fundraising Auction was a huge success and we are hoping for the same response this year. The funds raised at this event go to supporting our wonderful PTA and our school. Our PTA provides several educational and instructional programs for our sfudents, parents and teachers. We also provide literacy programs in conjunction with the library, family fun nights and other programs that promote family togetherness and involvement in our school. In addition, we support our fabulous Eureka science program. Eureka science provides four different science lessons for each grade level in which we fund the supplies and provide the volunteers to reinforce science concepts taught in the class. Finally, we purchase Smart Boards and other educational assets and supplies which enable our teachers to
educate our students more effectively.
We are actively seeking donations that we can use in either our live or silent auction. However, if you prefer you may wish to make a monetary donation on behalf of yourself or your company. All donors will have their name displayed on our donor wall and in our program. Additionally, we will also have a "Donor Table" in which you or your company can display a brochure and other information. All donations are greatly appreciated and will help support our PTA and its goals. Please send in all donations or contact us to pick them up by Monday February 13,2012. Association and as such, recognized by the IRS as a 501c3 Charitable and Educational Organization. Monetary donation, as well as the donation of goods and services, to the Holland PTA may be tax- deductible in accordance to the IRS guidelines.
